Data we process

• Email address and technical authentication data.
• Internal account identifier, access dates and session status.
• Ballots, votes and timestamps required for the 24-hour limit.
• Comments and replies are disabled in this beta.
• Limited technical logs used to detect errors, fraud or abuse.
• Your tackle-box collection is saved in Supabase and linked to your account. Arena and challenge history stays on this device, separated by account. You can explicitly import an old local collection.

Purposes and legal bases

• Account creation, authentication, voting and catalog conversations: performance of the requested service.
• Publishing, ordering and moderating technical lure contributions: performance of the service and our legitimate interest in a useful, safe community.
• Ranking integrity and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable service.
• Data-rights requests and legal duties: compliance with legal obligations.
• Email is not used for advertising, commercial profiling or newsletters.

Providers

Supabase provides authentication and database services, Render runs the application, and IONOS provides the domain and contact email. They act under their data-processing terms. Where processing involves an international transfer, the relevant contractual safeguards apply, including Standard Contractual Clauses where appropriate.

Retention and deletion

The account and email are kept while the account remains active. Deleting the account removes the user, linked votes and catalog contributions. Anonymised or security-critical technical records may be retained only as long as necessary.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by emailing privacidad@lurerank.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

Registration is intended for people aged 14 or over. We do not knowingly accept registrations from children under 14.

Automated decisions

LureRank makes no automated decisions with legal effects and creates no commercial profiles. Automated voting limits only protect ranking integrity.
